This round trek of the Dhauladhar Himalayan Range journeys the western section of the Dhauladhars through dense forests and remote communities. Explained by many as the best trek to see the local Gaddi people in their natural villages, the trek goes up Kareri Lake (3200m) and comes back over to the North of McLeodganj. Every day in this trek presents different scenery, heights, challenges and fun!

In this trek, temperatures and the grade of climb fluctuate. Due to these geographical challenges, some days might be longer than others. Extra clothing and personal kit is highly recommended during this trek as it is challenging as it is beautiful.
